everyday lives of innocent Britons</a>. Britons were already <a
href="http://www.privacyinternational.org/article.shtml?cmd%5B347%5D=x-347-545269">the
most spied upon nation in Western Europe</a> &#8212; <a

than Sweden</a>. Data-mining through this unprecedented level of mass-surveillance
allows any future British government to leapfrog even countries like China and
