yep he gets a day in court..  what a privilege.


Why dont you focus your energy on bitching about what happens to Americans
in other countries that have been illegally kidnapped, likely tortured,
beheaded on camera for all to see.

You seem to be concerned about illegal acts on humans.. perhaps vent about
things that have been clearly published instead of venting on opinion of
what torture is, taking the LA Times word and seeming to care more about
non-us-citizens than real us-citizens.

Why dont you bitch about the UK journalist that was clearly shot and killed
on tape while filming the Monk protests in Myanmar? Who's rights were
violated there? Not to mention the thousands of humans slaughtered..

And you worry about one man suffering from a likely case of mistaken
identity during war...   pfffft...
