Excuse me while I put my brain back together - I'm failing to see how
a *cash* receipt needs anything other than "goods and services sold", "tax",
"total", "cash tendered" and "change returned" numbers, preferably expressed in
either locally accepted currency or the currency actually transacted (i.e. if
local coinage is pesos but I paid in euros, pesos or equivalent euros are OK,
but no fair expressing it in yen and screwing me over for 0.5% in currency
arbitrage. ;)
Unless my interpretation of "cash receipt" is different than on Juha-Matti's
side of that big puddle?
