[privacy] Personal Data on U.S. Border Soldiers Stolen

This is insane. Cant there be someone who is careful. The Border security
info can be used against them to leave in immigrants who are not supposed to
enter this. Privacy usually ensures that the peoples identity are covered so
that their personal family and other life is not known to people who are not
allowed to take advantage of it.
At this rate, entire critical infrastructure information is going to be lost
despite providing security
