Two questions:

What business is it of congress' what is in RNC e-mails?

How does congress know that White House business was being conducted
via RNC e-mail accounts and therefore under the purview of their
oversight?

I'm currently logged into 5 e-mail accounts and anyone would be hard
pressed to figure out which I use for what, outside of the two company
accounts which you may assume I use for that company's business. But,
you know what they say about assumptions.

I don't subscribe to WSJ, but I think I know the circumstances well enough.
