Have you tried beSTORM?

For network protocols, beSTORM has support for custom modules, so you can 
build your own fuzzing module from the protocol description, and use 
beSTORM's fuzzing framework.
For applications, beSTORM has support for API fuzzing and file fuzzing - so it 
should handle most application input tests.
